Brexintendum

The result of the EU Referendum was mutated by previous wild statements of disinformation on both sides.
In the enormity of gestalt hindsight, a new dual BREXintendum should be issued along these lines on one sheet of paper -

(A) There should be a repeat yes-no referendum on EU Membership.
Yes or No.
(B) Britain should leave the EU
Yes or No
......
(A) will be counted first.
(B) will only be counted if the result of (A) in total is YES
